✦ Terms of Service – Regular Commission ✦

By accepting these terms and conditions, you’re confirming that you agree to everything stated below and commit to following it. You also acknowledge that you’re accepting these terms knowingly, voluntarily, and by your own decision.

1. Base Price💜

• The base price ( Regular character illustration ) includes one (1) character with a flat-colored background.

• The base price ( Character reference sheet ):

The price depends on the number of poses. Please take a look at the order form description for details about this service.

• The base price ( Emote / Badge / Banner ):

The price depends on the Quantity and If you want it with separate parts for animation purposes . Please take a look at the order form description for details about this service.

• Characters with complex designs can increase the base price.

• If you want extra characters or a detailed background, the price will increase depending on the number of characters, background and the overall complexity.

2. Style and Pricing💜

• By commissioning me, you agree to my art style and the listed prices.

• Sometimes I offer seasonal discounts on selected services at my discretion. Any active discounts, along with their percentages, are clearly stated on the page. If the service you are requesting is not currently discounted, do not attempt to negotiate the price or request a discount.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission I don’t feel confident doing.

3. Revisions💜

• One (1) major revision is included during the sketch phase, and up to two (2) minor ones during the rest of the process.

• Any extra changes will cost extra. During the final rendering stage, each change is $8 USD.

4. Payment & Work Order💜

• Payment First: I only begin working on a commission once full payment has been received.

• 50/50 Payment Option: Available only for commissions of $200 USD or more.

• Work Order: Commissions are worked on in the order that payment is received and according to their place in the waitlist.

5. Communication & Queue💜

• I’ll contact you on Discord when it’s your turn.

• I’ll send a rough sketch for your approval.

• If you don’t reply within 3 business days, your slot will move to the end of the queue.

• If I still don’t hear from you a week after rescheduling, the commission will be canceled.

6. Turnaround Time & Rush Orders💜

• The estimated deadline will be discussed beforehand.

• I usually deliver within 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity. For vtuber models, it can take 2 weeks to 1 month.

• If you need the illustration by a specific date, let me know at the start.

• Rush commissions (if I agree to take them and can meet the deadline) will have a 50% extra fee.

7. Cancellations & Refunds 💜

💜 Client Behavior

I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client harasses me, uses offensive language, becomes overly bothersome, or puts unreasonable pressure on me, especially if they treat me or my work in an aggressive, rude, or disrespectful way.

💜 Full refunds will be issued only if:

• Your turn arrives and I haven’t started the work without giving you a valid reason.

• I haven’t sent you any sketch or draft.

• There’s been no contact from me, and no agreement or commitment was made.

• I become unable to complete the work, and you don’t wish to wait beyond the agreed deadline.

💜 No refunds will be issued if:

• Work has already started (e.g., you’ve received a sketch) and you decide to cancel without a valid reason.

• The artwork is already in the coloring stage or beyond.

8. Commission Requirements💜

• Every request must include a clear and concise description, preferably with visual references.

• If you want me to create the design or outfit from scratch, that’s considered a design service and has a different price (check my service list). You should already have the character design figured out (outfit, style, accessories, etc.). Excessive accessory complexity might incur additional charges.

9. For NSFW commissions

please include a photo of yourself (from the shoulders up) holding your ID next to your face. Only your photo and date of birth should be visible on the ID please blur or cover any other personal info.

(This photo is just to make sure you’re over 18 and will be deleted from my files once verified. I do this to avoid any misunderstandings, since I don’t take NSFW commissions for minors.)

IMPORTANT: If you request an NSFW commission (and I agree to work on it), you confirm that you are an adult. If you deliberately submit a fake ID, an AI-generated or falsified image, or choose not to provide the requested photo for age verification in the form, you automatically accept full responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise. This responsibility will fall entirely on you and your parents or legal guardians.

Please also note that I reserve the right to accept or decline your commission request if I suspect it is fraudulent or beyond my moral and/or artistic boundaries

10. Final Delivery💜

• Final artwork is delivered as a digital file (.PNG or .JPG).

• Standard resolution: 300 dpi, size may vary depending on the piece.

• in normal illustrations I don’t provide editable files (PSD, Clip Studio, etc.) unless agreed upon, with an additional fee.

• I only provide editable files (PSD, Clip Studio, etc.) of Vtuber model

💜File Retention

• I keep backup files for a limited time (around 2 months after delivery).

• After that, I can’t guarantee availability, so make sure to save your copy once you receive it...

Unless you order through VGen xD In that case, you can download the files whenever you want there.

11. Personal Use Only (Non-commercial)💜

• Regular commissions are for personal use only (icons, wallpapers, social media, etc.).

• You may not use them for products, monetization, merch, NFTs, or any kind of direct or indirect commercial use unless we’ve agreed on a license and fee.

• For commercial use, check the commercial section below.

12. Commercial Use Commissions💜

If you want to use the artwork for merch, monetized content, branding, or any commercial project, special conditions apply:

💜Commercial License💜

• There’s an extra fee (usually 100% or more of the base price), depending on the type of usage (merch, branding, vtuber model, etc.).

• This license does not transfer copyright, only usage rights for the agreed purpose.

💜Restrictions💜

As the buyer, you may not:

• Claim authorship.

• Modify the artwork without permission.

• Resell it without meaningful transformation.

• This license grants specific usage rights, it does not transfer copyright.

13.💜Credit💜

• Visible credit is required in promotional material, products, or online posts unless a special agreement is made to waive it.

💜Confidentiality💜

• If the project is private or has a scheduled reveal date, we’ll discuss when I’m allowed to post it, If not, I may post it Starting from the day or the after delivery to the client.

• If you absolutely don’t want me to post your commission on any of my social media (no matter which one), and you also don’t want it to appear in my portfolio, it’s possible , but you’ll need to pay an extra fee to be agreed upon with the artist (aka me).

💜Credit & Publishing💜

• You must give visible credit if you share the artwork online.

• Removing my signature, cropping, or editing the illustration is not allowed.

• I reserve the right to post the artwork as a sample on my own platforms, unless you request otherwise and pay the extra fee.

• I may use the artwork in my professional portfolio.

• For Live2D illustrations or similar rig-ready models: if the client hires another artist to add new elements ( like hairstyles, hats, or extra accessories ) to a base model originally made by me, they should let that artist know that if they plan to promote their part of the work, they need to mention who made the base and clearly state which parts they added. This helps avoid confusion, misinformation, or any future misunderstandings.

14. 🚫 General Prohibitions 🚫

💜AI Use

• You may NOT USE my artwork (illustrations, models, emotes etc.) for AI training, upload it to AI databases, tools, or generation platforms without my explicit permission.

• This applies to both personal and commercial use.

💜Also forbidden:

• Tracing, copying, cloning or heavily referencing my work.

• Recoloring, editing, cropping, or altering my art for commercial AND non-commercial purposes without permission.

• Reselling my art as NFTs.

• It is strictly prohibited for any third party to use my work, claim authorship, or use it for self-promotion. This includes illustrations, 3D models, Live2D models, illustrations and any other visual or audiovisual pieces and similar formats.

• The commercial redistribution or use of the artwork by third parties is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
